Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with CerceWeb.

Because our merchandise is produced on a print-on-demand basis through third-party fulfillment partners, all sales are generally final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other preference-based reasons.

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before placing your order.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange except where required by law:

  • items ordered in the wrong size by the customer

  • buyer’s remorse or change-of-mind purchases

  • customized or personalized items

  • sale or clearance items

  • gift cards

  • orders submitted with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at jeremy@cerceweb.com.

To help us review your claim, please include:

  • your name

  • your order number

  • a description of the problem

  • clear photos showing the issue

If your claim is approved, we may, at our discretion, provide a replacement or a refund.

We reserve the right to deny claims that are incomplete, submitted outside the required reporting window, or unsupported by sufficient documentation.

Lost in Transit Orders

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at jeremy@cerceweb.com. Claims for lost packages should be reported no earlier than 5 business days after the estimated delivery date and no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.

If a lost-in-transit claim is approved, we may, at our discretion, provide a replacement or refund.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered, but you claim it was not received, such situations are generally not eligible for refund or replacement, though we may review them on a case-by-case basis.

Returns

Customers should not mail products back unless specifically instructed to do so by CerceWeb.

Because many fulfillment-related issues are handled through photos and claim review, unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because products are made to order, orders cannot be changed, canceled, or modified once production has started.

If you need to request a change shortly after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at jeremy@cerceweb.com. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or where we choose to approve a refund as part of a verified damaged, defective, incorrect, or approved lost-in-transit claim.

Processing of Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Separate Terms for Services

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to physical merchandise and store purchases made through the website.

Website design services, deposits, retainers, subscriptions, custom work, consulting, hosting, add-ons, and other client service purchases are governed separately by applicable service agreements, invoices, subscription terms, or other written agreements, and are not covered by this merchandise return policy.
